color210\">\u4e00\u5468\u884c\u60c5\uff1a\u4e2d\u8bc1REITs\uff08\u6536\u76d8\uff09\u6307\u6570\u540c\u6bd4\u4e0b\u8dcc12.61%<\/font><\/p>\n<p cms-style=\"font-L\"><font cms-style=\"font-L\">2026\u5e74\u7b2c20\u5468\uff0c\u4e2d\u8bc1REITs\uff08\u6536\u76d8\uff09\u6307\u6570\u4e3a750.6\uff0c\u540c\u6bd4\u4e0b\u8dcc12.61%<\/font><font cms-style=\"font-L\">\uff0c\u73af\u6bd4\u4e0b\u8dcc2.21%\uff1b\u4ece\u7d2f\u8ba1\u6570\u503c\u6765\u770b\uff0c2025\u5e74\u5e74\u521d\u81f3\u4eca\uff0cREITs\uff08\u6536\u76d8\uff09\u6307\u6570\u7d2f\u8ba1\u4e0b\u8dcc4.53%\uff0c\u540c\u671f<span><a color210\">\u4e00\u7ea7\u8ddf\u8e2a\uff1a40\u53eaREITs\u57fa\u91d1\u7b49\u5f85\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0c\u53d1\u884c\u5e02\u573a\u4fdd\u6301\u6d3b\u8dc3<\/font><\/p>\n<p
