cms-style=\"font-L\">\u6e2f\u53e3<\/font>REIT\u4ece\u534f\u8bae\u7b7e\u7f72\u5230\u5b8c\u6210\u7533\u62a5\u6750\u6599\u63d0\u4ea4\u7528\u65f6\u4e0d\u5230\u4e00\u5e74\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e5f\u662f\u5168\u56fd\u9996\u5355\u7533\u62a5\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u4fe1\u6258<\/font>\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p cms-style=\"font-L\">\u5728\u5efa\u4fe1\u5929\u6d25\u4e34\u6e2f\u6e2f\u53e3REIT\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c<font cms-style=\"font-L\"><span><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.sina.com.cn\/realstock\/company\/sz000582\/nc.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" data-sudaclick=\"content_marketkeywords_p\" rel=\"noopener\">\u5317\u90e8\u6e7e\u6e2f<\/a><\/span><span><\/span><\/font>\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u4e5f\u66fe\u5728\u53bb\u5e7412\u6708\u5ba3\u5e03\u5f00\u5c55<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u5317\u90e8\u6e7e\u6e2f<\/font>\u6e2f\u53e3\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u516c\u52dfREITs\u7684\u7533\u62a5\u53d1\u884c\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u62df\u4ee5\u5168\u8d44\u5b50\u516c\u53f8<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u5317\u90e8\u6e7e\u6e2f<\/font>\u5317\u6d77\u7801\u5934\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u6301\u6709\u7684\u3001\u4f4d\u4e8e\u5e7f\u897f\u58ee\u65cf\u81ea\u6cbb\u533a\u5317\u6d77\u5e02<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u94c1\u5c71<\/font>\u6e2f\u533a\u7684<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u94c1\u5c71<\/font>\u6e2f\u897f\u6e2f\u533a\u5317\u66ae\u4f5c\u4e1a\u533a1#\u30012#\u6cca\u4f4d\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5e95\u5c42\u8d44\u4ea7\uff0c\u5f00\u5c55\u7533\u62a5\u3001\u6ce8\u518c\u3001\u53d1\u884c\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p cms-style=\"font-L\">\u4eca\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0cREITs\u53d1\u884c\u660e\u663e\u63d0\u901f\u3002\u8bb0\u8005\u68b3\u7406<font cms-style=\"font-L\"><span><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.sina.com.cn\/realstock\/company\/sz300033\/nc.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" data-sudaclick=\"content_marketkeywords_p\" rel=\"noopener\">\u540c\u82b1\u987a<\/a><\/span><span><\/span><\/font>iFinD\u6570\u636e\u53d1\u73b0\uff0c2026\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5546\u4e1a\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7REITs\u7533\u62a5\u6570\u91cf\u8fbe\u523012\u5355\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u9884\u8ba1\u52df\u96c6\u8d44\u91d1\u89c4\u6a21\u7ea6417\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u9879\u76ee\u4f30\u503c\u7ea6424\u4ebf\u5143\u3002\u89c4\u6a21\u6700\u5927\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u52df\u96c6\u8d44\u91d1\u89c4\u6a2174.7\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u6700\u5c0f\u7684\u9879\u76ee13.2\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u5e73\u574732.1\u4ebf\u5143\u3002<\/p>\n<p cms-style=\"font-L\">\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u56fd\u5185\u5df2\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u516c\u52dfREITs\u6570\u91cf\u8fbe79\u53ea\uff0c\u53d1\u884c\u89c4\u6a21\u5408\u8ba12033.74\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c2025\u5e74\u4ee5\u6765\u517120\u53ea\u516c\u52dfREITs\u5b8c\u6210\u53d1\u884c\uff0c2026\u5e741\u6708\u548c2\u6708\u6682\u672a\u65b0\u53d1\u884c\uff0c\u53e6\u670934\u53ea\u4ea7\u54c1\u5f85\u4e0a\u5e02\uff0823\u53ea\u9996\u53d1\u300111\u53ea\u6269\u52df\uff09\u3002\u968f\u7740\u516c\u52dfREITs\u653f\u7b56\u73af\u5883\u9010\u6e10\u5b8c\u5584\u3001\u5e02\u573a\u89c4\u6a21\u9010\u6e10\u6269\u5927\uff0c\u591a\u5bb6<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u623f\u5730\u4ea7<\/font>\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e5f\u52a0\u901f\u8bd5\u6c34REITs\u3002<\/p>\n<p cms-style=\"font-L\">\u4eca\u5e742\u6708\uff0c<font cms-style=\"font-L\">\u65b0\u57ce\u53d1\u5c55<\/font>\u4e0e<font cms-style=\"font-L\"><span><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.sina.com.cn\/realstock\/company\/sh601155\/nc.shtml\" target=\"_blank\"
